The Hansen Ranch sub-division is located approx 20 miles up Bell Springs Road, several miles from the Humboldt County line. The 2,000-acre ranch was divided in the early 70s into 40-acre parcels and sold to private owners. Although a hrs drive from hwy 101 in Laytonville, Bell Springs road is county maintained and easy to navigate. The property has great neighbors, and most are long-time owners, some owning multiple parcels in the Hansen Ranch subdivision.
